These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SiraPay website, applications, and services (“Services”). By accessing or using SiraPay, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use SiraPay. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and can form legally binding contracts.

2. Account Registration

  • You must create an account with accurate information such as name, email, phone number, country, postal code, and date of birth.
  • No facial recognition or ID upload is required for standard registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.

3. Use of Services

  • SiraPay provides virtual cards for global users, including freelancers, digital nomads, and crypto-savvy users.
  • You agree to use the Services lawfully and not for illegal or fraudulent activity.
  • You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt our Services.

4. Fees and Payments

  • SiraPay offers free and premium plans.
  • All fees, card limits, and deposit terms are shown within the platform or app interface.
  • We may change fees, limits, or services with prior notice where legally required.

5. Privacy and Data Use

Use of SiraPay is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Security

  • SiraPay implements bank-level security measures via regulated partners.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
  • We are not liable for unauthorized access due to negligence or account compromise.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, design, logos, and trademarks belong to SiraPay or its partners.
  • You may not use our intellectual property without written permission.

8. Termination & Platform Misuse

  • Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations or abuse.
  • Misuse includes fraud, system exploitation, unauthorized transactions, or policy violations.
  • SiraPay may freeze accounts, hold balances, reverse transactions (where permitted), or take other actions to protect the platform.
  • In confirmed abuse cases, balances may become ineligible for refund or withdrawal.

9. Card Expiry & Remaining Balance

Monthly and yearly cards have a fixed validity period. Users must use any remaining balance before expiry. Unused balance after expiry will not be transferred, refunded, or restored unless explicitly stated.

10. Fair Usage and Abuse Policy

  • Each account is allowed up to 30 declined transactions per month under normal conditions.
  • Abuse of this limit (fraud, manipulation, subscription abuse) may result in restrictions or account suspension.
  • SiraPay reserves the right to take action without prior notice in case of system abuse.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where SiraPay is registered. Disputes will be resolved through applicable legal channels.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Services means you accept the revised Terms.
